After seeing the brand in Tokyo and then at Inventory I wanted to find a home for it in London, I’m pleased to announce from next weekend there will be a small selection carried in The Hideout on upper james st instore/online, the above items are 2 of my picks from the buy. The tiger camo on the jacket is a really good shade (Hideout will carry 3 different tiger shades in first drop across pants/shorts/jacket) and the 12oz sweater I think is a even better crew than the 10 oz I picked up earlier in the year,now just need the temp to drop a few more degrees to start wearing.

This book was recommended to me by Richard from urbanhunter when we met a few weeks ago, it sounded like an interesting read so i went straight to abebooks and found a copy, I’m looking forward now to getting a spare few hours to get stuck in to it.

Not just any converse,I first heard about these a long while ago when a close friend made a trip to florence to lay the foundations of this project, fast forward to christmas this year when I saw the samples in a hotel room and began to understand what this project would create,I thought I had missed these but this morning was greeted by a box on my desk.Very very greatful.

Another purchase from the guys at Inventory, this sweat by the Real McCoys is the real deal, the cut for a repro sweat is really good, I prefer it over my Buzz sweats which are a little short on my non athletic frame (although I think the buzz lower arm fit is still the best) the jersey is light 10oz and very soft perfect for the summer months, this to date is one of the best crew neck sweats I have picked up.

A couple of new t-shirts for the impending heat in Florence next week. first is a simple crew neck tshirt from CDG Homme the fit on this is really good for me slim and plenty long with a very soft but not to light cotton, the second is from National Anthem a brand introuduced to the western market by the guys at Inventory, this is a more heavy weight crew neck tee the cut is good and the jersey soft, made in Canada.
