Visited DSM this afternoon to have a look of the new season collections and to see the new arrangement of the spaces, favorite collection on first view I think was Comme des Garcons homme+ with some great simple pants and a awesome long coat in a heavy green cotton with wool details and some wrinkled blazers with plaid detailing, the junya buy in the basement was nice to see and in single items there were some nice pieces as always some stand out shirting although as a whole the collection still hasn’t got me sold,I’m really hoping for a change of pace in Paris next week. EG new season looked and felt great with pre wrinkled fabrics in a good palate a light cotton wrinkled long coat was a stand out in the buy for me. Also a welcome addition and a well done to Simon and co at Inventory their small selection of inventory items were presented nicely and looked and felt great,they also offer great value with the fantastic Inverallan cardigan coming in at I think 240 which for the weight and quality seems a great buy to me. I left with these pants from CDG H+ which were just what I needed a good slim cut in a tough cotton fabric perfect for the current weather.
