Spent last weekend in Paris for work which was a combination of exhausting and great fun,many many friendly faces in town for Menswear, on Thursday I had the pleasure of viewing Visvim FW10 which is always a favorite and in my opinion a strong season which I’m already looking forward to, Friday was spent at Capsule with my colleagues for Arcteryx Veilance and a quick lunch with the Berlin crew which is always a pleasure. Saturday morning bright and early was Shadow presentation at Colette a really nice event and another solid season from Mr Hugh. The rest of the day was split between breakfast at the Louvre with the Berlin crew followed by a spot of retail therapy then a busy afternoon at Capsule with Veilance, a hectic day was finished off at the private view for my close friend Aitor Throups first presentation so much blood sweat and tears went in to this event from all of his team and the results were truly fantastic from Ken’s film to the painstaking construction and hanging of 37 sculptures by the studio team not to mention the creation of 3 breath taking pairs of trousers this was a awesome end to a great few days in Paris.
