During my stay in NY last month I picked up one of the current seasons flannels after living and dying in the two I got last AW, anyway to cut a story short this seasons aren’t a patch on previous years shirts the sizing has once again slimmed down which seems to have happened across the line this year with xl’s fitting like larges etc the buttons have changed from the previous years pearl buttons which in my opinion really set the shirts off and set them apart from the rest, also production has moved from Japan to China granted there has been a drop in price as they retailed at $148 last year and $120 this year but for me the extra $28 was worth it for what were greatly superior shirts. Above are AW06 shirt made in Japan and AW05 shirt made in USA which I picked up this week from Japan these are how shirts should be. Lets hope next AW sees a return to one of these options quality wise.
